A bright, modern and spacious double room is available in a newly refurbished flat, ideal for a professional looking for a peaceful midweek base in London.

The room is filled with natural light, overlooks the garden, and comes with its own private bathroom. The flat has been finished to a high standard with wooden floors, double-glazed windows, and modern furnishings. A microwave is provided for preparing light meals, making it ideal for someone who mainly works or dines out during the week.

I am the owner and live upstairs, while the kitchen is shared. The bedroom and bathroom are for your exclusive use, and you're welcome to leave your belongings in the room between stays if that suits your arrangement.

I'm looking for a quiet, clean and considerate professional who needs accommodation for up to 3–4 nights per week (rather than full-time). This is a non-smoking, vegetarian household with a calm and respectful atmosphere, so it would suit someone who appreciates a peaceful home environment.
