we have available a lovely double room with a double large bed and separate sink with hot and cold water in the room. We are looking for nice, friendly professional and single person to be a part of our lovely house "family" who will match with stunning European flat mates. (male / female / gay or straight). The house is situated near to Turnpike Lane, North London, Zone 3, on the Piccadilly Line, connection to Central London takes about 18 minutes by tube. It is in a safe area and is 5-8 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane tube station to the house. All shops and shopping center are close by. The rent includes council tax, water and high speed broadband 1 Gbit/s. We share gas & electricity cca 30£ per month. For your convenience, there is also a lovely kitchen, balcony or garden to relax in. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for pets !
The rent is 750£ per month and 200£ deposit. 6 months contract.
