There is a separate toasty utility room housing the washing machine, tumble dryer, utility sink unit (and boiler and hot water tanks).

Outside, there is a great sized west facing rear garden to relax in. Resident permits are also very simple to acquire from the local council and are price dependent on car model.

This whole house share has just undergone a full refurbishment. You will be sharing the large, well equipped kitchen with just 2 other rooms.

All the bills are included in the rent, however, there is a fair use policy on gas and electricity. If abused (eg: sun beds, electrical heaters, electric blankets to name but a few..) the rental value will increase accordingly.
