We are two professionals looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful man to join our 4th-floor apartment.

The flat features a large lounge with a TV and a small balcony offering great views.

We are easy-going and believe in mutual respect—as long as you are mindful of shared spaces, clean up after yourself, and respect the noise/cleaning schedule, you’ll fit right in.

You are welcome to have guests or partners over in your private areas.

Please note that this is a friendly, inclusive, household, so it is important that you feel comfortable with that.

The Room & Facilities

Fully Furnished: Includes a double bed, large wardrobe, set of drawers, and a bedside table.

Kitchen & Storage: You will have your own dedicated cupboard and share a fridge with just one other person.

Privacy: You only share the main bathroom (pictured) with one person, as the third bedroom is en-suite.

Cleaning: We place a huge emphasis on being tidy. We do a weekly cleaning rotation and are open to hiring a professional cleaner.

Security: Very private building with CCTV and electric fob access on every floor. Secure locked back gate available for bike storage.

Location & Lifestyle (Turnpike Lane)

Transport: Direct access to Central London (Piccadilly Line) and direct buses to Tech City and central.

Even faster if you get the Victoria line from Finsbury Park station (2 stops in Piccadilly)

Local Amenities: Restaurants right across the road, with parks and a gym just 5 minutes away.

Shopping: A large shopping centre is a short 10-minute walk.

Convenience: Off-license located directly under the building and street parking is available.
