Looking for someone to take over my room when I sadly move out in July. It’s a lovely 3 bed top-floor maisonette right next to Green Lanes (5 min walk) and Crouch End (5 min bus). Also 2 minute walk to Turnpike Lane tube.

The first floor is homed to a lovely mother and daughter.

My room is the largest and has 2 big windows so loadsss of natural light! It also has a desk so perfect for wfh!

Nearest supermarkets include Lidl (5 min walk) and Tesco (2 min).

The tenancy ends in December however there will be the option of going onto rolling.

Rent and bills are £920 p/m altogether.

I moved in last September as a sublet for the original tenant Temi who has moved to Paris and plans to be there long term. Temi is very respectful and communicative so will be happy to answer any questions when you move in!

You will be living with two lovely ladies Lucy (sound engineer, 29) and Maya (digital archivist, 27). They are looking for someone who identifies as female/non-binary and is respectful, clean, and friendly! This is also an LGBT household.

Move in 17th July (first rent due August 18th).
