Spacious Double / 4 Bed House in Wood Green

Howdy folks.

We've got a spacious double room in a friendly houseshare in N22 and we'd *love* to get someone to replace me.

The House:

The house is a lovely little two-up-two-down (with a kitchen extension), about ten minutes away from Turnpike Lane Station. The house has all the rooms you'd expect, including a very nice double bedroom that I'm moving out of.

Is the bedroom fully furnished? Yes she is. She's got a desk, a bed, a set of drawers and a lovely wooden wardrobe. You can fit so many clothes in that bad boy.

Does she have a living room? She absolutely does. She's got sofas, a dining room table, and a TV with an assortment of streaming services we're "borrowing" from our loved ones.

Does she have a garden? You know it baby. It's got grass, paving, and garden furniture.

The Area:

You'll get easy access into Central London via the Picaddily Line, and are a short bus ride from Dalston, Finsbury Park, Crouch End, and Walthamstow

The house is a short walk from two very nice parks (Downhills and Lordship Rec) that make a pretty nice 5k route - they're also your local parkrun if that's your vibe. It's a slightly longer walk to Finsbury Park and Alexandra Palace.

Within 15 minutes of walking you're in the centre of Wood Green, where you've got your shops, gyms and all that lark.

The Flatmates:

Our longest tenant has been here for 5+ years, if that's any indication of this being a nice house.

The remaining housemates are a friendly bunch, and I'll be sad to be leaving them - but I'm moving in with a friend. Between them, they work across fashion and tax, are very social, enjoy going out, and watch the odd movie in the living room.
