Bright Box Room

Box room

Hi,
We are renting a box room in our shared 4 bedroom house with well equipped kitchen, 2 toilets and one bathroom, large garden that is slowly becoming a nature reserve, super green. We are 2 females from Romania and Brazil and Simon from England who isn't around much and doesn't ever cook ☺️ and 2 cats Bella and Max.

The room has a small single bed, small wardrobe, bedside table, small chest of drawers and some shelves. It also has a brand new carpet and fresh paint and is facing the road. It is suitable to someone who works during the week and needs a Monday to Friday type of accomodation but the room will be kept for them full-time. We are hoping you are tiddy, respectful and kind, punctual with rent which is paid every 4 weeks in advance (£440), a deposit of £500 and a minimum 6 months stay.
