The house is spacious, peaceful and quiet, and has a nice garden. All housemates are very respectful. There is a big kitchen and communal area with plenty of cupboard and fridge space for everyone. The new tenant will share a bathroom with two other housemates.

The new contract starts on 29th June, so rent would be payable from then.
