The time has come for me to leave my beloved Turnpike Lane flat so I'm looking for someone to take my place on the contract. I’m buying elsewhere so I’ve put available from the 1st August onwards but dates are flexible through August.

The flat is full of character and there’s tonnes of natural light because of all the big windows.

Your double bedroom is really peaceful with tree views and the sound of the birds chirping in the morning. Bed, brown wardrobe and desk comes with the room. The rest of the furniture I’m open to negotiate on if there’s anything you want.

You’ll also have your own private bathroom, which is just down the hall. It’s a great size and includes a bath/shower.

Bills: £180

You’ll be moving in with Danielle, who works in fashion and is part of the LGBTQ+ community.
