Clean flat for Graduate Students

We’re looking for someone to take over a furnished double room in our friendly third-floor flat.

The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The flat has a bright shared living room and two bathrooms. There is a spacious kitchen where flatmates usually cook separately but often eat together or chat in the evenings.

The location is very convenient, with local shops directly below the flat, a Post Office nearby, a large Sainsbury’s 10 minutes away, and Alexandra Park within walking distance.

Transport links are excellent:

* 8-minute walk to Turnpike Lane Station (Piccadilly line)
* 5-minute walk to Hornsey National Rail Station

The current household consists of two PhD students and a maths teacher. They are tidy, considerate, and enjoy a good balance of socialising and personal space. They’d ideally love to find another PhD or postgraduate student, or someone with a similar lifestyle, who’s looking for a friendly, respectful home.
