Lovely home in Turnpike Lane

We're looking for someone new to move into our lovely home from the beginning of October (4th most likely).

The house is really well connected and is 5
mins from Turnpike Lane station (Picadilly line).
Wood Green high street is nearby with a big Lidl, Sainsbury's, B&Q, TK Maxx etc. We have many parks nearby as well as Stoke Newington reservoirs for summer swimming.

It's £577.50 month with £130 bills. It comes with a bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The house has a separate living room, large kitchen and a good sized garden.

You will be joining Emily (36) who works in head office for Sassoon and is a photographer l, Frances (31) who works in costume on Caberet and a third to be confirmed lass who will also be joining the house in October. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly creatives who all do our own thing and have schedules but do enjoy to hang out, have a wine and watch the telly when our schedules align. We are not a party household by any means and prefer to keep things more chill at home. We all have jobs that require us in office (boo!) but we’re happy for you to work from home. We are also looking for another lady to join us around a similar age range who aligns with our vibe as we’d prefer to keep this as a female only house.

We have a lady outdoor cat called Brian who we all take care of as part of the house, she has lived in the house longer than any of us! We would only be looking for cat lovers only for the house. Brian does like coming into the room and we would ask whoever moves in to be comfortable with leaving your door open during the day, however, she will repay you with cuddles.
