Double Room in a Quiet Home – Turnpike Lane

We’re looking for a considerate working professional to join our quiet home in Turnpike Lane.

A double room will be available in our four-bedroom house from 5 October 2026. The local station is Turnpike Lane Station.

RENT & BILLS
• £760 per calendar month, including Wi-Fi and council tax.
• Electricity, water and gas are additional and are not included in the rent.
• Council tax band: E

THE HOUSE
You’ll be sharing with four other adults: two men and a couple, who occupy the other three bedrooms. There will be five people living in the house in total.

Upstairs, there is a shared bathroom with a bath and washbasin, plus a separate toilet. There is also a small downstairs WC.

LIVING WITH US
This is a calm household of working professionals. We keep noise down and respect each other’s privacy, personal space and daily routines. It would suit someone who enjoys a peaceful place to come home to and takes care of shared spaces.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for one working professional aged 25–50, of any gender, who is tidy, considerate and comfortable with this style of house share.

The room is for single occupancy only, so it is not suitable for couples or students.
