Looking for a house mate in North 💗

Hey,

we are 4 friends moving into a house in Turnpike Lane and need one more lovely person to join on the tenancy. It’s a beautiful 4 bed Victorian terraced house right by Turnpike Lane station, on a lovely residential road. The house has 4 double bedrooms, a big living room, 3 bathrooms, a separate kitchen and dining area, a garden and a garden shed we are hoping to use as a creative studio.

We are all 26 ish, creatives working in hospitality/ music/ freelance creative things and have been friends for years. We love to hang out and spend time w each other, watch movies, cook food, go to gigs etc and would love to add another person to this dynamic… but also don’t mind if this isn’t your vibe and you need your own space. Really just chill people looking for a nice place to call home and feel cosy. We are one couple, and two friends, so need one more person for the 4th room. We also have one small cat. Open to more cats. 🐈‍⬛
