Double room In turnpike lane

Hii, i’m currently moving out and i’m looking for someone to sublet my room.
The sublet would be for 6months with the potential to stay for 12months.

About the house:
*please note the photos from the house are when we moved in- it’s less bare now!
There’s a big living room, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms, very very cute garden, an office ( shared w other two flatmates- perfect if you work from home)
The room has lots of natural lighting, comes with a wardrobe and i can leave my bed/ mattress for a small fee if needed:)

There are currently 3 friendly cats in the property so it’s MUST that you’re comfortable living with them.

Currently house mates:
You will be living with a queer couple, Madi (she/her) and Ollie (he/they)
They’re both 26yrs old, madi works in archiving and ollie works with a trans charity.
They’re both usually out working during the day with the occasional work from home day once a week or so, they’re always down for cooking together and hanging out!
