We’re looking for a friendly, reliable housemate to join our home in Wood Green, with a double room available from 7 November (flexible move-in).
About the room: Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and IKEA KALLAX shelving. Rent is £800 per month, including bills. The bathroom is shared, and there’s a garden to enjoy.
About the household: You’ll be sharing with two friendly professionals, aged 31 and 34 — one Italian and one Greek — and our lovely, friendly, medium-sized dog 🐶 We’re LGBTQ+ friendly and enjoy board game nights, films and TV series, while respecting everyone’s personal space and downtime.
Who we are looking for: A considerate, trustworthy professional in her late 20s early 30s who’s looking for a long-term home, takes care of shared spaces and is happy to contribute to our existing cleaning rota. If you enjoy gardening, that’s a bonus too! 🌿
