The rooms comes with a double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers and curtains.. More furniture can be added

It is a Social household but not a party house. All housemates work full time and some travel. They enjoy hanging out on the weekends and going to local pubs. sociable but also very respectful of each other. LGBTQ FRIENDLY

Turnpike Lane is a very lively area, but the house is located in a quiet residential street, not far away from nice restaurants and pubs, Alexandra palace and Wood Green cinema and Shopping Centre. Easy access to central London, and green spaces.

We would like someone who is clean and tidy, respectful of the other tenants and considerate. NON SMOKING inside the house PLEASE (due to insurance reasons). The house also has all soundproofed fire doors. This is NOT a party house! We would also like someone who can speak English and enjoys a chat every now and then. The housemates are all young professionals.
****PLEASE NOTE THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE 20th APRIL. . WE ARE FLEXIBLE A FEW DAYS FOR THE RIGHT PERSON BUT CANNOT WAIT FOR 4 WEEKS.
