Quiet, newly refurbished double room for a single

Actually, this is not a houseshare, it's our home. If you want to feel at home with us, as we are, read below.

We are letting our newly refurbished double room with a king size bed for a long term single occupancy. It's on a quiet dead end road, just 1 minute walk from Turnpike Lane station (3rd Zone). Don't be afraid of Zone 3, we have definitely great transport connection via Piccadilly and Victoria lines (Night tube!) to anywhere in Central London. Hornsey station and Haringay Green Lanes station are 15 minutes walk. Just steps away from all the major shops, veggie markets and Harringay activities: Poundshop, Savers, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Lidl, Wilco, TK Maxx, legendary Wood Green Shopping Centre, 2 cinemas ( Vue and Cineworld), gyms, gorgeous Alexandra Palace ( just 25 minutes walk) as well as best Turkish, Polish, Bulgarian restaurants in London.

Our double room is not huge, but cozy. We are young professionals, working in London and abroad, so like to travel, going out, have a beer or wine at home or out, watching football, enjoy music, gigs and parties. But keeping our household very quiet at the same time. Also we are looking for a single person, cause there will be no space for a couple. And no visiting girlfriends/boyfriends on a regular basis I am afraid, we have only one bathroom)

The room is good for a single lady too, cause there is a huge wardrobe. Also good for a newcomer to London or a student. We have everything you need, including bed linen, blankets, towels and all that, with fully equipped kitchen, new fridge and a small garden good for BBQs, of course. So, you can move in with just your suitcase, and we'll provide you with the rest.

We are asking for 600 pcm + 300 deposit, all bills and powerful Virgin wi-fi inclusive. Sweet conditions, but it needs to be seen. And we'd like to choose the person we wanna live with. You need to be clean and tidy, clean after yourself and take care of social areas with us ( bathroom, kitchen, living room), no regular parties as I mentioned before, and once again we are looking for a long term single tenant.

Living room: it will be possible to use the living room in spring for 3-4 weeks and then from late June mostly permanently, which comes as a good bonus to your room. Needs to be seen and explained.

P. S. We smoke only outside in the garden, not in the house.
