In the unlikely event of a boiler issue, all properties are equipped with a backup electric shower to ensure uninterrupted access.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, bowls, and crockery. We also supply all essential cleaning items, including washing-up liquid, sponges, scourers, multipurpose sprays, tea towels, and bin liners.
All properties are fully HMO licensed and comply with local council regulations. Rooms are clean, well maintained, freshly redecorated, and free from condensation or mould. All bedrooms are fitted with lockable fire doors. Two sets of bed linen are provided on arrival.
