Hi, we are looking for a new housemate to join our house share. We have a bright, furnished, 1st floor double room for rent in our friendly 5 bedroom house, available immediately.
We have a large living room, 2 bathrooms, and a garden.
The rent includes all bills, including full sky TV package, super fast wireless broadband, streaming packages and general house supplies. So the only thing you need to buy is your own food.
We can only take people who are employed, smoking is not permitted in the house but smokers are welcome, ideally 30-45 and you MUST be ok with dogs as we occasionally have them at the house.
