I am looking for a flatmate to sublet this cozy double room from 1st April to 30th June, with the possibility of extending.

The room is fully furnished with a king-size bed, wardrobe, chair, table, and a desk/dressing table.

This is a 2-bedroom basement flat. You will be sharing the common areas with me, including the living room, bathroom, and kitchen.

There are plenty of local shops, parks, and public transport options nearby:
* Hackney Central – 15 min walk
* Liverpool Street – 25 min by Overground
* Stratford – 25 min by bus
* London Fields – 20 min by bus
* Stoke Newington – 10 min by bus
* Victoria Park Road – a short walk

The room is available from 1st April to 30th June, with the possibility of a longer stay.


Rent is £1300 per month, all bills included.
