You’ll be close to Springfield Park, Millfields Park, Hackney Marshes and the River Lee, with Clapton Overground just a 4-minute walk away. Liverpool Street, the City, Victoria Park, London Fields and Hackney Wick are all easy to reach.

The flat
The flat has been largely refurbished, with just a few finishing touches still to come, and it’s full of light and space. The open-plan living area brings together the lounge, kitchen, dining space and balcony.

The room
The double room comes with a king-size bed + high-quality mattress, a desk (ideal if you work from home), a 49-inch TV with Fire Stick, a fan and built-in wardrobe (lots of space). Your bathroom is completely private and includes a bathtub.

Sharing the flat
You’ll share the lounge, kitchen and dining area with me. I’m friendly and easygoing, happy to chat or share local tips, but also respect everyone’s need for their own space.

Meet Theo 🐶
Theo is my French Bulldog. He’s super laid-back and loves meeting new people 🥰 Just a heads-up if you have allergies: he lives here full-time. I groom him daily, and my robot vacuum runs every day, so I stay on top of any hair, but please bear this in mind.
