Short sublet - Double room in Clapton

A room available for short term lets in a two bed apartment in Clapton.

here's some information about the location:
- It's within 5 minutes walking distance even if you walk backwards (and yes, I tried) of 3 bus routes 106, 253, 254.

- It's within 11 minutes walk (didn't try backwards walking on this one) of two different overground lines.

- For all the hipsters and flat white drinkers, there are two good cafes stone throw away although throwing stones is not acceptable.

- The flat is quiet and well furnished and got some really nice neighbours.

- there is a sort of stand-in closet (not much space to walk in) and a desk in the room as well which I can remove if you’d prefer more space

Now, some thoughts:
- Rent is £250 per week but I am happy to negotiate costs and length of time within reason.

- I understand how tough the renting situation in Hackney / London can be so I am happy to factor in the 'why' you need a short term rental in my decision making - try to be helpful if I can be.

- Pretty flexible on start and end date if it helps.

- and the usual, be respectful of space and clean etc etc

- The house allows for smoking but only in the balcony

About me:
I have been in the flat for just over 1 year and loving it. I have been in London for 10 years and like many immigrants came here for work and stayed. I absolutely love to cook for myself and other people, really enjoy reading dystopian fiction and every now and then like a little boogie too. I work from the office close by and sometimes from home but can change patterns if needed.
