A cosy 3 bed flat only a short walk from Clapton station. Also very close to Hackney and Walthamstow marshes, canal walks etc. Lots of shops nearby. On street parking available with moderate restrictions (Mon-Fri 10am-midday). Visitor vouchers can be provided for a fee. Insufficient space inside the flat for bikes, but there is one spare spot available in the local on street hangars.

Two rooms usually available, depending on occupancy.
Room 1 - £950 (Available from 12th Jan)
Room 2 - £800 (Available from 1st Feb)
Bills included. CT band C.

I'm a freelance sound engineer who moves around a lot. I may be away for 2+ weeks at a time, other times based in London full time. Kitchen accessible and well kitted out. I like to cook and share a meal. Don't really drink much these days, but am not dogmatic. I'm generally quiet and like to spend time in nature. Would rather not live with very loud people or those who lack self awareness.
