Am looking for a lovely housemate to join me and my 10 year old daughter in our 3 bedroom home in the leafy Crouch Hill / Crouch End area. We are opposite Elthorne Park with links to Archway tube station and Finsbury Park tube station.

The 3rd bedroom (in the pictures) has recently had new carpets installed and a king size murphy bed with Emma mattress.

Apart from the bed frame the room can come unfurnished. Would be happy to buy a wardrobe if this would suit the new housemate.

Looking for someone short or longer term who is looking for a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle, will be a good match with our lifestyle, and is happy to occasionally be around a wonderful, bubbly, fun and kind 10 year old - my daughter.

We are a very busy bunch , I work as an actuary (currently approx 2 days in the City , 3 days from home) and my daughter has a whole array of school and before/after school activities and weekend classes/activities.

We have a spacious 115 sq. m home laid out over 3 floors, 3 bedrooms , 1 bath, 1 ensuite and 1WC. Lounge with views over London ( the Shard, St Paul’s cathedral and Canary Wharf) and a spacious kitchen with dinning table.

My daughter spends 1/3rd of her time at her dad’s house so she is away every other weekend Friday am to Monday pm and two days every week, Wed to Thu.
