I’m offering a lovely double room with your own bathroom in a spacious 115 sq m maisonette, conveniently located near Archway (10 min walk), Finsbury Park station (10 minute bus) and Crouch Hill overground (7min walk), with plenty of bus routes nearby (210, 91, 41, W7).
Crouch End is 5 minutes walk and Stroud Green under 10 minutes walk.
You will be living with me, a professional actuary and my lovely 12 year old daughter who I co-parent with her dad.

My daughter spends every other weekend away with her dad from Friday to Monday , has overnight stays every week Wednesday to Thursday and half the school holidays.

There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining room .

The separate living room is also where I work from home 3-4 days per week.
