Hi there,

I'm looking for someone to take over my joint tenancy contract from 1st July!

NO BED - It is PART FURNISHED but has a built in wardrobe, big chest of drawers, a bookcase, and a bonus sink!

Bedroom is on the top floor of a three floor, end of terrace house, in a (mostly) family and student area, and friendly neighbours.

You'd be living with 3 other working women: early to late 20s.

RENT/BILLS

Contract is for the whole property, billed on 1st of the month, but we personally split and pay per room.

- So it would 617.40 specifically

- Bills can be about 100-150 each depending on the time of year.

- It is in council band D
