Garden room summer sublet

Hello all! I’m subletting my room from 22 July to 22 August.

Basics:

£950 all in

Double bed looking out into our spacious private garden (absolute sun-trap).

Must be queer-friendly.

Quiet residental street with an awesome cafe at the end.

Flatmates:

You’ll be living with two lovely flatmates, Lauren (they/them) and Angelica (she/her) who are a couple, both 27, finishing up their masters degrees. They share the second bedroom.

3 min walk to upper Holloway station
9 min walk to Archway station

Extra info:

3-10 min walk there’s an Aldi, m&s, Tesco, sainsburys, co-op, and loads of independent food shops.
