Double room in house in Archway

We have a double room available in our house in Archway - it’s a lovely house with a garden & big living room, next to Whittington Park and close to Archway/Upper Holloway stations. The room is really spacious and light with enough space for a desk and views of the garden.

You’d be sharing with four other young professionals - a theatre director, consultant, project manager and paramedic. Outside of work hobbies include climbing, running, swimming at the local reservoir, reading, watching films, and making the most of London’s galleries/exhibitions. We’re a friendly house and enjoy the occasional house dinner/film night/pub trip - we’d love to find people who are also up for this!

We’re flexible with move in dates, looking for somebody to move in anytime from early August.

Rent for the room is £940 and bills/council tax tend to come to about £100. The bathroom is shared between two rooms.
