The room is available for up to 3 nights per week between NOT A FULL TIME OR LONG TERM LET.
The apartment is new build and comfortable with all mod cons, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 150mbps broadband and a lovely balcony. Very quiet area.
The room is a double with an ensuite shower room. The apartment is first floor with lift access and is 10 minute walk from the Crystal Palace Triangle or 12 minute walk from Crystal Palace station (Southern to Victoria 25mins or Overground to Canada Water 20 mins).
50 mins drive to Gatwick Airport or around 1 hour on the bus/train.
Several buses run nearby including the 249 towards Streatham/Tooting/Balham/Clapham and the 410 to Norwood Junction for fast trains into London Bridge. 25 minute walk to Norwood Junction.
10 mins walk to Norwood Country Park.
