Monday-Friday let. Attic space, a double room with an en suite shower room. It is a light space with panoramic views towards Crystal Palace. It is very private as it is on it’s own at the top of the house away from other bedrooms. Decorated with neutral colours with sky light and big windows. It has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, armchair, kettle and TV. Towels, Bedding and cleaning every 2 weeks are included in the rent, alongside other bills listed. You will have access to the family kitchen/diner and garden. The room is in a LGBT family household with two young children (10 and 17 years old). We are looking for someone who is easy-going and enjoys a lively, noisy household. We also have 2 cats. We are both professionals working 5 days a week in the public sector.

The house is in a friendly, residential road, with free street parking, close to local shops (including Tesco Express), dry cleaners, post office and chemist. It is well serviced by a network of buses to Tulse Hill (where you can get direct Thameslink trains to Blackfriars and St Pancras), Euston, Elephant and Castle, Clapham, Vauxhall, Crystal Palace, West Croydon, Norwood Junction and Anerley - where you can connect with the Overground to East London. West Norwood is a 10min walk away with access to trains to Balham, Clapham Junction, London Victoria and London Bridge. West Norwood has a number of shops (Sainsburys Local, Tesco Express), swimming pool, Picturehouse and gym and many cafes/bars. Crystal Palace is a 20min walk and has a large Sainsbury’s, everyman cinema as well as a post office, cafes, bars and restaurants.
