You'd be sharing the flat with 2 professional people who appreciate a quiet, calm environment. We share interests in politics, culture, psychology, films, games, science, books, nature, and sustainable living. We’re a friendly household, more into relaxing in the evenings, and occasionally share a meal and a glass of wine or film with friends and housemates, and enjoy chats over a beer or tea, and exploring London. :)
The flat is clean, tidy, and we are quiet and considerate - we'd like to live with someone who leads a similar lifestyle! :) We have close contact with the landlord who is super helpful and lives 5 minutes away. There’s a shared tenancy agreement via an agency which requires 3 months minimum employment, a UK passport, references, and proof of min £30k salary. Bills are currently approx £130-140 per month on top. Obviously, we don't know exactly what this could work out to rise to in October - however we're currently investigating getting loft insulation installed to help lower our energy bill a bit which our landlord has helpfully offered to front the cost of. We're in council tax band D (Bromley).
