Summer let only - family house - Upper Sydenham

Short let for summer 2026.

Available for eight weeks from 5 July to 30 August only! (Please don’t enquire if you need a room before 5 July)

We have two friendly cats so cat lovers very welcome. Council tax and all utilities are included, but please note that we might sometimes ask that you feed the cats!

Lovely, large double room with private en-suite bathroom for one person is available in a period house in Upper Sydenham (on Forest Hill border).

This furnished accommodation is a part of a 3-story family-owned house. The double room is quiet, light and has wonderful views. You will also have use of an office room if you need it.

Short walk to Sydenham or Forest Hill stations (with direct trains to London Bridge, and the London Overground to Shoreditch, Canary Wharf via Canada Water etc.).

Independent shops and cafes are very close by in Kirkdale village, while the amenities of Dulwich, Forest Hill, and Crystal Palace are within easy reach.

Would suit an individual looking to spend time in London this summer either for the holidays, or organising relocation whether for study or professional reasons.
