Sunny double room in bright airy flat.
The flat is on the first floor of a large Victorian conversion, the rooms are spacious with lots of natural light. The house is set back from the road surrounded by trees and there is a driveway in front for off road parking. Sydenham is a lovely leafy green area.

I'm a live in landlady, I’m easy going, friendly, clean and tidy, and would like to find a lodger with the same qualities. We are vegetarian & Pescatarian , so no meat is cooked in the house.
We love music so play music at reasonable times when we are in.

London Overground (orange line) connecting us to East and North London plus trains to London Bridge (20mins) and Victoria (25mins) all from Sydenham station that is only a few mins from the house, this is zone 3.

Supermarkets nearby, Nice restaurants, pubs, Cafes, fitness centers and parks all in walking distance, local shops 4 mins away. Lordship Lane and Crystal Palace which are great for Local produce and independent shops 10-15 mins by bus.
