I’m looking for a female professional to fill the second bedroom of my 2 bed 2 bath flat. I’ve loved living here for over 18 months and am keen to share with someone else who appreciates it! My flatmate recently moved out so looking to replace her on our tenancy agreement.

The flat / room:
- £1150/mo excl. bills (usually around £150 each)
- King bed
- Furnished with drawers and wardrobe
- Private bathroom across the hall
- Desk space in lounge available to use as I have a desk in my room
- Gas range
- Good sized fridge, lots of cupboard space
- 2 sofas in lounge, 8 person dining table

- 12 min walk to Wandsworth Common station
- 4 min walk to 319 and 219 bus stops

About me:
I’m 29, Canadian, and have lived in London for almost 3 years now. I work in tech and am in the office Wednesdays and Thursdays. I WFH the other days from the desk in my room.

I like having chill alone time at home but also am quite social and out of the house a lot on the weekends. I enjoy trying new restaurants, working out at the gym and pilates, going for pints with friends - all the usual girly London things!

I’m looking for:
- Another female professional in late 20s/early 30s.
- Someone who is friendly but has their own social life set up in London.
- Someone who is in office most of the week. No full time WFH please.
- Someone who treats the flat well and contributes equally to taking care of it.

References the letting agent needs:
- 3 months pay slips or employment contract if new to job.
- 3 months bank statements.
