Lovely, spacious double en-suite room available in a friendly, sociable house on Trinity Road, Wandsworth Common. The room has modern fittings, plenty of space and a fantastic view of the London city skyline.

The house is shared with four young professionals. We're a friendly, sociable household who enjoy spending time together but equally respect everyone's own space.

The property has a well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, two full-size fridge freezers and a dishwasher, as well as a lovely private garden that's great during the warmer months.

Location is excellent, with Wandsworth Common railway station around a 5–7 minute walk away, and Balham and Tooting Bec Underground stations roughly 10 minutes away, providing easy access to central London via the Northern line and National Rail.

Wandsworth Common itself is just a short walk away, along with the cafés, restaurants and pubs of Bellevue Road. Balham is also nearby, offering plenty of supermarkets, gyms, bars and restaurants.

Bills come to circa £100 every month and that includes a fortnightly cleaner - we're in council tax band E
