Just a few mins walk, you can reach epping forest, the largest ancient woodland in London. And with 10 mins walk, you can go to walthamstow village, with plenty of chic and trendy shops, bars, and restaurants. You can enjoy the London skyline (with both canary wharf and central London) with sunrise and sunset (south facing) in the 300 sq ft balcony
