Very spacious room in modern two-bed flat

- my lovely room is up for rent in Wood St, Walthamstow (ALL BILLS INC inc council tax). The area is lovely with cafes, bars and restaurants and local markets regularly.
- its up for rent from mid june to the end of August!
- 10 min walk from overground station and frequent bus departures to literally anywhere in the city
- flat is two bed, with lovely huge open plan kitchen living room + dining room! It also has a big balcony which gets plenty sun in summer:)
- im moving out for health reasons (going back home for care) but my best friend is going to be staying (her name is Sunny/Ayisha)! She is a lovely, open-minded and creative Scottish x Thai baddie who creative writes and creates content/ marketing for a living.
- from sunny: I enjoy my own space and plenty alone time but can also be sociable and down for fun activities! I’m neurodivergent and queer so the space is definitely friendly for people in those groups looking to apply :)
