The room is within a quiet house where only professionals live. I am therefore looking for a considerate quite professional.

This is only available for single occupancy.

Located in a convenient residential area with easy access to vibrant Wood Street known for its independent cafes and boutiques.

Less than 5 minutes walk from Wood Street Station which has easy access to Liverpool Street (20 minutes) and Walthamstow Central (Victoria line).

Rental includes bills (heating, council tax, water, gardening, High Speed Broadband) excludes electricity bills.

High Speed Fibre Optic WIFI included.

A cleaner cleans the house and shared kitchen once a week and there is gardener to maintain a large communal garden.

There is a bicycle shed in the garden to store bikes.

Close proximity to local amenities (shops, restaurants, bank etc) and Whipps Cross Hospital.

The tenant MUST be in full time employment.

I will require 3 months bank statements and 3 months payslips as evidence of earning, together with copies of Passport and right to stay documentation if required.

I am an accredited landlord.

NO Smoking Building so no smoker please.

NO PETS allowed as there are others in the property who could be allergic.
