Beautiful top-floor apartment in charming Wood Street, Walthamstow. Two bedrooms flat, with a shared spacious open-plan living and kitchen area. The flat has one shared bathroom and a small outside seating area.

The room is a spacious light double, fully furnished with a double bed, mirrored double wardrobe, small desk & large storage unit.

I’m Katie the flat owner, I’m 41 and from Wales, have lived at the flat for 4 years, it’s my sanctuary :). Looking to share my space short term with kind, considerate, clean, cool people.

I work from home 3 days a week, so looking for someone that also works away from home most of the time. No couples and no pets.

Please note, the flat is on the 4th floor with no lift.
