We are looking for a respectful, clean, and considerate housemate to join our home. As working professionals and students, we value a quiet and peaceful environment. The house rules are:

- No loud music or parties
- No inviting friends over or sleepovers
- Room must be kept clean, and strictly no shoes indoors
- Cleaning rotated weekly with other flatmates (only shared spaces)
- Kitchen should be cleaned after each use
- No smoking, alcohol, or pork inside the house

Shared kitchen with all appliances, and bathroom (with 2 other flatmates)

A bed frame is available for use (stored, will be assembled before move-in).

A small table and chair will also be provided prior moving in.
