A spacious room with a single sofa bed comfortable enough for sleeping is available in a quite area very near to Upton Park tube station from 12/6/26 for 3 months . Its also 10’ by bus to Stratford, 25 mins to walk if you prefer. Very near to West Ham park. Many shops and super markets are very near only 2’ away. A bathroom is also available . No kitchen is allowed to be used . I (the owner) will be away most of the time, i might pop in for a few days to see the property. As the kitchen will be locked am afraid the washing machine will not be available. There is wifi. Its important to get someone who is well behaved and responsible. Ideal for people who want to relax after a hard working day.
