Sunny, double room at the front of the house with lots of storage space and furnished with a bed, chest and built-in wardrobe. There is room for a desk if you'd like to bring one.

The house is calm and quiet - with a large shared lounge, kitchen, garden and bathroom. You’d be sharing with one other person, Malcolm, who is tidy and considerate. He is usually busy as he works in healthcare outside of the house. The room would suit someone independent who is happy doing their own thing and would like a clean, homely environment to come back to.

The house is on a quiet residential street 10 minutes walk from Upton Park underground (zone 3 on the district and hammersmith and city lines). Stratford is 20mins away, Dalston etc 30mins, Oxford Circus/most of central 40mins. It's a really nice area, there are a vast array of shops within a 10 minute walking radius - either on Green Street or in the other direction at East Ham. There are also amazing Indian restaurants, parks, markets, library, swimming pool. You get the idea.

The rent is £950 per month, including all bills, and the deposit is one month's rent.
