Looking for a new housemate to take my south-facing spare room. I work in wine so have sporadic hours, but am always clean and quiet. I have two cats so you would have to be happy to share with them too! Bed and mattress included in the room along with a couple of bedside cabinets. Unfurnished otherwise.
Lovely Victorian terrace, big open plan space downstairs with a nice little garden out the back. I'm always up for socialising when I have time but also enjoy the calm moments. Good amenities in the area, about a 12 minutes walk from Upton Park station too. Lots of shops, plus Newham Leisure Centre nearby. 20 minutes to Stratford on the bus.
Room available from the 5th April, but could consider an earlier move if needed.
