Hey y'all! ⭐️ I'm looking for someone to take over my double room in this lovely apartment in Upton Park before 20 June 2026.

About the room:
~ Comes furnished with a double bed, two side tables, a desk, a desk chair, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe

~ Private balcony with stunning views of the city

About the flat:
~ Bright open-plan living room and modern, fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, and heated drying rack
~ Washer/dryer
~ Bathroom (shared with 1 flatmate) includes a bath and shower, and cabinet storage
~ Only a 9-minute walk to Upton Park Station (District & Hammersmith & City lines), and a 5-minute walk to bus stops that take you to Stratford in under 30 minutes!
~ 10-minute walk to the high street, which has a Boots, Superdrug, Lidl, Iceland, Tesco, and Holland & Barrett
~ Concierge and 24-hour access to an on-site gym

Bills are roughly £200 a month (Council Tax Band C, electricity, gas, and WiFi). We also get a cleaner in monthly, which is £22.66 per person.

You'll be sharing with two lovely girls, Timi (26) and Iyesha (28). Both work full-time jobs. We like to keep the house clean, are down for a chat when we're all home, but also respect each other's space 💗

I'm looking for someone to take over the room fairly quickly, so serious inquiries only, please! NB: you'll have to pass referencing via our agent, which means you'll need to have a good credit score and earn at least £35k per year.
