Double room in a 2-bed flat in Upton Park

My flatmate is moving out to live with her girlfriend and I'm looking for someone to replace her in our lovely home :)

The flat is 5 mins walk from Upton Park station (District and H&C lines), with very easy access to central London. There are shops with almost everything you could need within walking distance, & plenty of restaurants & green spaces in the area. I have lived here for a year and a half and love the flat and the area!

You'd be living with me, Leo, a 30yr old joiner & queer leftie. Looking for someone who wants the flat to feel like a home, for catch-ups after work and to spend some time with each other and some elements of communal living whilst also having our own lives. There is a desk in the front room which you can use if you work from home. I am out a lot during the weekdays for work so you'd get the flat to yourself a lot.

I like to decompress on my own and can sometimes be quite busy so someone who wants a balance of both would be great. I like cycling, playing football, dancing and want to get more into community organising (queer, antifascist etc), so if you're into that that's a bonus! I'm non-binary so ideally looking to live with women or other queer people but open to others :)

The flat has been lived in for 2yrs since the landlord took the photos, so it's slightly more worn around the edges but still lovely. We also have a new kitchen (spacious for 2) that was put in after they were taken. The bedroom photos are current.

Bills are around £130pp per month

Access info:
Ground floor flat in a converted house. Main entrance (standard house door) and then secondary door to the flat. Two keys, no code or fob. Doorbell. Level access into and around the flat, one step down to get out of the flat to the outdoor patio, another large step up to get to the chairs and table in the patio. The hallway to the kitchen is fairly narrow, I can check exact measurements for wheelchair access if needed.
