- 2 bed 2 bathroom flat, with a large living space, gym, parking area and concierge service.

A bit about the room:
Furniture: the room currently has a desk and chair, and a wardrobe. Unfortunately there is no bed so that would have to be purchased tenant.
- Rent: will be 1000 a month with bills (this may be subject to change based on utilities usage)
- Council tax band: C (per person this will be around 90 pounds per month)

A bit about me! I am Vani and am 22 years old. I just graduated from uni (UCL) last year and have started my first job in St Pauls area. I love meeting my friends, going to concerts, gigs, crafts, cooking, trying new food spots, travelling, and coffee. If these are things that resonate with you then I think we would be great together.
