Newly refurbished so currently selecting a household of friendly, social, respectful housemates.
The house is bright & airy, has super-fast fibre broadband, safe & quiet street & private garden and separate kitchen to living room! Upstairs shower-bath/WC & downstairs Shower /WC.

The accommodation is clean, well maintained, bright, warm and secure, located on a quiet street, which is 10/12 mins walk (MAX) from Upton Park Tube Station (Hammersmith & City and District lines). Liverpool Tube Station - 21mins, Oxford Circus - 25mins. Some flatmates choose to take a 10min bus ride (bus stop is two mins from house) to Canning Town and catch the Zone 2 Jubilee line.
Your single room is a small but bright, has a lot of storage with a built in wardrobe, is quite and on the 1st floor with timber frame bed, wardrobe, bed-side, shelves and desk. A large window overlooks a private garden.
This is one of my best house shares and you would be living with 3 other like mined female professionals (not couples) who are very friendly, outgoing and career focused. All will be very house proud, young and friendly, doing lots of houseshare activities together. I also lived here with my wife so can honestly say this is a safe, convenient and quite area which has easy access to the City Centre - I used to cycle in to the West End every day!

INCLUDED IN THE RENT: are all bills (gas & electricity), Council Tax, Free super-fast fiber optic BT broadband Internet and freeview TV is also provided. On-street parking via permit (at your cost).
