The room is a cosy single on the first floor – quiet, bright, and overlooking the garden. It comes furnished with a timber frame bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside table, shelves, and desk.

You'll be sharing with three fantastic women:
• Magdalena (Polish) – childcare professional
• Anna (Polish) – childcare professional
• Lorendana (Romanian) – restaurant manager

All are sociable, tidy, career-focused and enjoy a friendly, respectful home atmosphere.
Superfast BT fibre broadband, council tax, water, gas/electricity, and TV licence – all included subject to fair usage policy.

On-street permit parking available (at your cost)
