Let me introduce myself. My names Wendy a young I’m a black British finance professional and a business owner. If I were to describe myself, I'd say I'm an ambivert who loves to keep things super chill. During my free time, you'll often find me taking leisurely walks, exploring great brunch spots or enjoying a nice dinner out. Traveling is also a passion of mine. Lastly, cleanliness is something I truly value.

Room in a SHARED property. Sharing with one other person.

Please note there is no living room area, this is a one bed being converted into a two bed. However, I have a decent size kitchen where I will put a table and two bar stools or a dinning table (haven’t decided yet). Also, the bathroom is shared. Most importantly, it’s a double room!

The property is located in between Vauxhall and Oval, with access to the northern and Victoria line with a 5-10 minutes walk. This is quiet area with great access to supermarket, gym, parks and more. All essential furniture will be provided for the room.

Professionals preferred.

This room is going for £975 including bills!! No hidden bills.
