Looking for housemate to join a Stylish apartment opposite Vauxhall Station, a short walk from Nine Elms & Battersea Power Station.

The bedroom is a double room with floor to ceiling windows for natural light, built in wardrobe with mirror, fresh carpet and drawers for storage.

You also have access to a private lounge and co working area in the building.

There is one shared bathroom, which you can share with myself. The bathroom is modern with a shower/bath and heated towel rack.
The room is priced at £1080 pcm and includes everything (bills, taxes, WiFi, all TV stuffs like sky).

There is a bright and airy open-plan kitchen and living room with floor to ceiling windows. The main space also features a winter garden. The kitchen is fitted with brand new appliances including a dishwasher.
As this would be a flat share with a live-in landlord, its my request that there will be no access to the living room as this is a space I use frequently.

The flat is located a short walk of less than 3 minutes from Vauxhall Station, around 5 minutes from Nine Elms Station and around 15 minutes from Battersea Power Station which is also accessible from the bus station which is next to the property.

There are many local shops which are a short walk away including Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsbury's. There is also two well known gym's by the property around a 3 minute walk from the home.
