ABOUT THE ROOM AND FLAT:
This is a furnished double room, which includes a wardrobe and chest of drawers. A small desk and chair could fit in this room also. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom, however it is very important for you to note there is no living room. All bills are included.

ABOUT THE AREA:
The area is on the border of zone 1/2. With lovely views, local green spaces, shops, restaurants, gyms and great access to Central London. It is also very easy to get most places either via tube or train and bus stops are just a short walk away.

THE PERFECT LODGER:
I am looking for someone of a professional nature that wants to keep things simple and have a safe and quiet place to return to at the end of the day. I am also seeking someone that has more of a quiet lifestyle, as I’m a rather quiet, private person who does not have many guests over and respects the space of others. Cleanliness and good hygiene are also very important so this would be essential. Overall I’d like someone who is friendly, considerate and reliable.
