I am looking for someone to repalce me. You can move in anytime in June or July. The contract ends in September 12th, 2026. For an official transfer of tenancy contract through the Urbanest process, there is a minimum stay of 7 weeks (which means July 26th is the latest date on which you can move in). You have to be a student, preferably a Postgraduate student at King’s. No other requirements. You can have the first three weeks for free.
